EARLY CHILDHOOD ministry
Teach and lead the next generation of believers by pouring love into children as their parent(s) are refreshed and encouraged through the teaching of the Word. The mission for kids is the same as for our entire church: grace-filled identify, transformational relationships, and missional community.
service opportunities
baby & toddler care | Nursery, lower level
Sundays, 9:50 - 11:30 am, average 1x per month
Volunteers are responsible to be in the nursery for the whole service time (approx 9:50-11:30). Expectations include caring for infants: rocking, holding and supervising play. Ability to listen to the sermon happening upstairs is optional for the volunteers to use the sound system for that purpose.
PRESCHOOL church | 3-5 YO room, lower level
Sundays, 9:50 - 11:30 am, average 1x per month
Volunteers are responsible to be with the kids in the preschool classroom in the downstairs of the church building during the Sunday morning Worship Service (approx 9:50-11:30am). They are expected to supervise play, and engage them with the bible lesson. It is a privilege to help these little ones gain a wonder for who God is, and volunteers get to teach and love on this age group as they grow together week to week.
